Booking system for clinics, salons and studios
In summer the client is a visitor who flies home next week. In winter it is a local who comes back every month. A booking system can be set up with one calendar for both, a client record with past visits, and reminders if you want them, so an empty slot does not go unnoticed until evening.

- Can we work with you in English?
- Yes. Calls, quotes and the written scope are in English. The software itself can be set up in Turkish, English and Russian, depending on who uses it: your staff, your guests, or both.
- Who owns the source code?
- You do. The code, the database and the cloud accounts are registered to your company and stay with you, even if we stop working together.
- How do payments work?
- Usually two instalments: at the start and on delivery. On longer projects, three instalments tied to interim deliveries. We do not ask for payment in full up front.
- Will I get an invoice in Turkey?
- Invoices are issued in Turkey. If you need something specific on the invoice, tell us before the quote is written.
- Can the system be set up outside the season?
- Yes, and many owners prefer it, because staff have time to learn it before the busy months. We agree the scope in writing in the quote and do not promise a delivery time in advance.
- Is this a ready-made package?
- No. The systems above are common needs we see in Alanya. Each one is set up around your process, and a module you do not use is not installed.
